1. I feel you are the best company for tax filing online. I have seen too many software programs that make filing a convoluted mess of confusion.
2. The question/ answering format is simple to follow.
3. It's FAST and methodical - something rare in computer software.
3. It's convenient and helps me get it done faster and safer. Most people put off tax filing because they know what an effort they will
have to employ and the pain of interpreting IRS Forms and procedures. I have no math background and can still file accurately!
4. I feel the IRS should look to your company for the solution of encouraging people to file online. You have a great system and I recommend it to all those I know - even my sister who is a budgeting analyst for a corporation.
